Shipping & Returns
Skyvuze Technologies allows returns within 15 days of purchase subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds & Credits
All Skyvuze Technologies products returned in an open box condition within the 15 days return window, regardless of whether or not they have been flown, will incur a 15% restocking fee. Unopened boxes and unused Skyvuze Technologies products can be returned without questions, and customers will receive a full refund. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account.
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 7-10 business days for the replacement to be processed if the item is currently in stock. If the current item is out of stock, please allow 14-21 days for drop shipment or through our distribution partners.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Skyvuze Technologies reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
Skyvuze Technologies is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Skyvuze Technologies is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
Please ensure that you are not planning to operate your drone within designated no-fly zones, Skyvuze Technologies is not responsible for customers who do not adhere to no-fly zone rules. Skyvuze Technologies does not return products simply because of the no-fly zone restriction built into certain drones that we sell. If you have questions about whether or not you are in a no-fly zone, please contact Skyvuze Technologies representatives directly.
In stock items for orders over $100 will receive free shipping in the contiguous (lower 48) United States. These items should arrive in 1-7 business days, depending on your location. Skyvuze Technologies will use a combination of shipping carriers which ensures safe and a quick delivery of your items with online packaging tracking. Your Shopping Cart will show an estimated arrival date for your item(s). Some items may arrive in separate packages due to special handling requirements.
Drop Ship: These items will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. These items generally take about 7-10 days to arrive to U.S. destinations. We reserve the right based on our inventory requirements to drop ship your item direct from the manufacturer.
Skyvuze Technologies ships worldwide, except countries prohibited by U.S. law. We offer Free Shipping for orders over $1000 to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Monaco, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Please contact us directly if you require shipping to worldwide locations and are unsure if your country is applicable to any restrictions. Oversized items that don't fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via Air Freight Forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method. We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the US, based on manufacturer restrictions. Shipments to P.O. Box addresses can be shipped via US Postal Service only.
